Welcome to Cards & More and its affiliates provide access to Cards & More website and sell our products to you subject to the conditions set out on this page.

Please read these conditions carefully before using the website. By using the website, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions.

1. Your Account

If you use the website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner. Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering.

2. Privacy

In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1984 Cards & More will not supply any of your details to any third party. We are committed to protecting your personal privacy and, in accordance with UK Data Protection law, we uphold strict security procedures for the storage of your personal information.

3. Our contract

Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Before placing an order via our shop, if you are unsure or need any further information please contact via email or telephone, where we will be happy to help you. When you shop on our website, please enter all the personal information which is required by the customer to be correct. We promise to treat all your personal information as confidential.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

4. Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

If you are unhappy with your product that you purchased from us, please let us know. Our Returns Policy gives you 28 days to return an item purchased via our website, providing we have been notified. You can contact us by email, telephone or writing quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid back into your account within 30 days. All goods returned to us at Cards & More at your own cost. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover the value of the item. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example if goods are faulty or misdescribed. Any goods returned should be in sale able condition and unused.
